The big news is I launched this website chefmegantucker.com! It first came together back in February 2012 when I was less than 1 year into eating a plant-based diet. I spent about 6 months sharing recipes and plant-based adventures, but once I stsrted planning a move to Denver, I had less time to blog.  I shut down the website in early 2013.

Now that I am settled in Los Angeles I have the time and energy to share more. I’ve been active on Instagram, but I feel that format is limiting for my content. It’s nice when people share a recipe along with their pictures on Instagram, but cooking off of recipes in that format is challenging.
